Initially, the Dine4Fit app was only created for the founder of the brand, Tomáš, who wanted to do something with himself. "I had a sedentary job and so much work that I didn't even have time to eat. My eating habits were miles away from the textbook. he number on the scale kept rising until I decided I had to change it," revealed Tomáš. First, he wrote down a few dozen of the most commonly used foodstuffs, their energy and macronutrients, so that he could create a balanced diet. "In 2007, I took this database and created the very first version of the Dine4Fit website. It was just a spreadsheet on the web. At that moment, however, I had no idea how many people would be interested in it, and I didn't follow the attendance that much," recalls Tomáš Pětivoký. However, the interest and traffic of the website began to rise, which motivated Tomáš to expand the Dine4Fit. "I put together a small development team and in 2016 we started to work on the project fulltime. It happened gradually, but I was absolutely clear about one thing – the app and website must entertain the user and help them at the same time," Tomáš explains. Mentions about us
